  • I’m interested in buying a new home, how do I come check it out?

  • How much do I need to make to buy a home here?
    That depends on the price, your down-payment and the types of financing you’re eligible for. Please email or call the wonderful team at HomeQuest to pre-qualify. It’s quick and easy, and then you’ll know how much house you can buy! HomeQuest: (714) 357-6300
  • What will my monthly cost be if I buy a new home at Sonora Estates?
    The current monthly site rent for new residents is $650. The cost for water and sewer is $92.55. You pay separately for electric, trash, and internet. When you meet with the HomeQuest representative, they will help detail your estimated monthly expense based on your unique situation.
  • I am buying a home from a current resident in the community, what is my site rent?
    You can call the onsite manager to confirm what the site rent is for that particular home. Water and sewer is $92.55/month. Often each home is different, so please make sure to check with the on-site manager before you move in! On-Site Manager: (209) 681-6559 sonora@jandhparks.com
  • I want to live in the community, what is the process for approval?
    Please set up a time to pick up an application from our on-site manager, or request one by email at sonora@jandhparks.com, fill it out, and wait to get your approval! You typically will know within 5 days after you turn in your application.
  • Can I bring my pet with me to live in Sonora Estates?
    We welcome furry friends in our community! We ask for no more than 2 approved pets per household and that you respect our community rules regarding pet leashing, cleanup, breeds (certain aggressive breeds are not permitted), and behavior. Please ask our manager for a full copy of the Community Rules & Regulations for further details- especially if you have any concerns about this!
  • Can I have a jacuzzi or a fire pit at my home in Sonora Estates?
    We are sorry, but no. We want to keep everyone safe, so we have rules that are designed to keep our community safe and happy! Please ask our manager for a copy of Community Rules & Regulations when you pick up your application!
