Who we are & what we’re doing
Integrity Community Solutions partners with homeowners in Mobile Home Communities to build and support a healthy, happy and affordable neighborhood. At ICS, we understand that it starts with us. We are making improvements that really matter, including improving general appearance, fire-risk reduction, and safety.
The future of Sonora Estates
ICS will own the community until it is 100% occupied, at which point it will first offer the community to the homeowners to purchase as a co-op. Resident Owned Communities (ROCs) have been proven to provide lasting affordability and security for homeowners.
Our Mission
Our sole purpose is to build safe, secure and affordable communities that ultimately the homeowners themselves can take ownership of.
Upon full occupancy, we are committed to offer the residents the first and best priced opportunity to purchase the community as a co-op. Paul Bradley, Integrity Community Solutions’ CEO has been working in partnership with homeowners in communities for more than 35 years. He is the Founder and former President of ROC USA, LLC, the country’s leading nonprofit organization that helps homeowners purchase their communities as co-ops.
